Clippers arrive back in the 'Peg with a Bronze

Chicago 2The Kelvin Clippers competed in the Chi-Town Girls Classic in Chicago this weekend and came away with the bronze medal beating Team Illinois in a shootout 2-1. The Clippers also lost a close contest to Team Detroit (2- 1), who eventually came away with the championship. During the tournament, the Clippers competed against some strong AAA teams from all over the northern states. “It was an incredible experience for our hockey players,” said Sam Tougas, Head Coach. “The WWHSHL has some of the best talent in MB, and our result proves that we can compete with the top programs across North America.”
