How to add Your Team’s Schedule to Google Calendar
- From the WWHSHL home page left hand navigation, select Teams & Stats.
- On the Teams & Stats page, click on the scroll next to TEAMS to select your team. Once the team’s menu appears, click on “Team Schedule”. When the teams schedule page appears, at the bottom click on “Download/Subscribe to the entire season schedule for this team”, and then click the link that says “Copy this link into your calendar program to subscribe to this schedule.”
- Once the page has loaded with the scripting, you will need to copy the URL address. To copy the URL address, highlight the address and then click CNTRL C (or Edit, Copy). For example, this is the URL for the Beliveau Barracudas – http://wwhshl.goalline.ca/subscribe_ical_league_team.php?cal=69b35-201109-201208-14265-193427-1056
- Next go to your Google Calendar. Once there on left side below the calendar there are two options, one says “My Calendars” and other one says “Other Calendars”. To the right of Other Calendars, there is an arrow pointing down in a box, click it and select “Add by URL”. Paste the URL that you copied into the blank box (either by CNTRL V or Edit, Paste). Then select Add Calendar. It may take a few seconds but it will load the team schedule into the calendar.
